Setting
- modern day
- realistic
- scarce electricity
- money has no value
- fictional city of Blushington, Ca
- 1 season = 2 months
- about 1 year into the spread
New Members
- 18 yrs and up only
- 200 word minimum
- display name should be character's F, L
- middle name optional
- separate accounts for characters
- inactive 1 month = deletion
- deaths require posting in the give up board
- pregnancies require a character application
- claim an area with a 500 word post
- some areas have a claiming fee
- when you claim, make a post describing your group/territory
- use [M] for mature when appropriate
- get the fuck along
- admin has final say
Stealing
- you can steal pretty much anything
- notify group leader/victim and admin via pm
- post a riddle in the museums
- riddle is about what's being stolen
- must have 5 hints
- hints must be pointed out after
- 1 thing stolen at a time
- victim has 3 days, 2 attempts to solve
- if steal fails, may reattempt in 1 month
- if steal is a success, may not reattempt for 2 months
Fighting
- you can fight anyone for just about anything
- notify all parties and admin via pm
- animals/items bought at store can be used in the fight
- no power playing/godmodding
- fight lasts 2 weeks max
- inactivity 3+ days means last person to post wins
- points for quality, quantity, creativity, believability,
sportsmanship and experience points
- highest points wins, judge to post scoresheets after the fight
Non-player Characters (npc)
- rped by staff to make things more interesting
- challenge, request help, give supplies, money, etc.
- virtual dice determines their actions
- if your character is injured by an npc 3+ times, they will leave
- players chosen at random each week to have an npc
interaction
Experience Points (exp)
- earn by posting in character, npc interaction, buying items
from the store, etc.
- helps your character survive!
- gives you more control over the virtual dice outcomes
- gives you an advantage when fighting/stealing/defending
Money ($)
- earn by posting in and out of character
- allows you to buy items from the store for your character
- everyone starts with $500 and 100 exp
- keep an eye out for the lottery!
Other
- montly events can range from scavenger hunts, plot info, weather
- events are posted in updates and cb radio
- character of the months will be voted on and posted there also
- OTMs will recive money, prizes, exp points
